ServiceNow Implementation
Responsible for implementing a formalised service request process in relation to the introduction of ServiceNow.
Service Portal Project
Coordinated delivery and UX of the ServiceNow Service Portal. Collected service catalogue items, ran UATs, and fed structured feedback to the development team.
Target Operating Model Hub
Built and maintained two SharePoint sites: one for process news and ServiceNow documentation, one for a visual, interactive presentation of the Target Operating Model.
